About Me
Hi, I’m Andra — I’m so glad you’re here. Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment?
Do you sense something’s missing but can’t quite name it?
Do you find yourself caught between thoughts of the past and worries about the future — distracted, disconnected, or simply longing for ease? I help people reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and rediscover a sense of peace and freedom. Whether you’re experiencing physical pain, stress, or mobility challenges, I use an integrative approach to help you feel at home in your body again. My passion is helping people feel good in their bodies — calm, strong, and connected — using the tools of therapeutic massage, yoga, mindfulness, health and wellness coaching, and embodied education.

Why Mindfulness Matters to Me
In my early twenties, while sitting outside a café in San Francisco, I came across an article about Zen master and mindfulness teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. At the time, I was navigating deep grief and searching for meaning after losing someone I loved. Reading about his monastery, Plum Village, in the south of France, I knew instinctively I needed to go. That experience changed the course of my life.
Sitting with Thich Nhat Hanh (or Thay, as his students call him) opened my eyes to the nature of suffering and the possibility of true healing. Through meditation and mindfulness, I learned how to process loss and trauma, find calm in the present moment, and reconnect with the joy of being alive. Mindfulness gave me a framework to understand the space between experiences — and in that space, peace was waiting.

 The Foundation of My Work:
Since then, mindfulness has carried me through life’s most profound challenges and joys — the loss of loved ones, the births of my children, illness, caregiving, and the everyday beauty of being human. It’s also the thread that weaves through all the healing work I offer: Therapeutic Bodywork — to ease pain, release tension, and restore balance Private & Small-Group Yoga — to rebuild strength, flexibility, and confidence in your movement Health & Wellness Coaching — to support healthy, joyful living. Mindfulness Coaching & Meditation — to cultivate presence and emotional resilience. Executive and Leadership Coaching to promote a healthy workplace and work/life balance. Energy Work (Reiki) — to harmonize and restore the body’s natural flow Each of these practices helps us return to what’s essential — the body, the breath, and the present moment — where healing truly begins.
