Corporate & Executive Leadership Coaching with Andra
Andra partners with organizations, teams, and leaders to cultivate mindful, high-functioning workplaces where wellbeing and performance thrive together. Drawing from her training in Health and Wellness Coaching through Duke Integrative Medicine and her extensive background in mindfulness and embodiment practices, Andra helps individuals and teams bring clarity, emotional intelligence, and balance to the workplace. Her approach blends evidence-based coaching with mindfulness, stress resilience, and self-awareness practices that support authentic leadership, focus, and sustainable productivity. Sessions create a confidential and supportive space to explore goals, challenges, and values — helping clients lead and live with greater intention, presence, and purpose.

Discovery Session
A 50-minute in-person or virtual meeting to identify your leadership or organizational goals, explore current challenges, and determine how mindful coaching can support meaningful change.

Packages Available:
​ Mindful Leadership Intensive

1 initial assessment and strategy session (up to 90 minutes), plus 2 support and accountability sessions (up to 45 minutes each).
Focus: Clarify leadership values, strengthen focus, and establish mindful strategies for balance and effectiveness.


Executive Evolution Series
1 initial assessment and strategy session (up to 90 minutes), plus 5 support and accountability sessions (up to 45 minutes each)
* Includes weekly coaching email correspondence Focus: Develop emotional intelligence, enhance communication, and integrate mindfulness-based tools for resilience and long-term success.

Organizational Wellbeing Program
Customized packages available for teams, departments, or entire organizations.
Programs may include: Leadership and staff mindfulness workshops Stress resilience and burnout prevention training Communication and team-building coaching Ongoing executive and group coaching sessions.
Health & wellness education, mindfulness, and yoga sessions can also be scheduled for corporate groups, retreats, or private events. Inquire via email for rates and availability.​

Health & Wellness Coaching and Mindfulness Coaching with Andra
Andra collaborates with individuals who value their wellbeing and are ready to live with greater clarity, balance, and vitality. Through a compassionate and mindful coaching process, she helps clients define and embody their vision of optimal health and wellness — physically, emotionally, and mentally. As a Health and Wellness Coach trained through Duke Integrative Medicine, and a certified mindfulness teacher through the UNC Berkeley Center for the greater Good, Andra integrates evidence-based coaching methods with mindfulness, lifestyle awareness, and self-compassion practices. Her approach honors the whole person — guiding clients to make meaningful, sustainable shifts in habits, mindset, and self-care. Whether your goals include improving physical health, reducing stress, enhancing focus, or aligning your life with your deepest values, Andra will meet you where you are and help you move forward with purpose and presence.

*Includes unlimited email access for ongoing support

Youth Mindfulness Coaching Course Initial assessment and strategy session for the family (caregiver and youth) — up to 50 minutes, plus three support coaching sessions (up to 40 minutes each).
