Yoga is a powerful tool for healing — not through performance or perfection, but through presence. My private and small group sessions are designed for those seeking a mindful, therapeutic approach to movement, breath, and stillness.
Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, or learning how to move with more ease, these sessions help you reconnect to your body’s natural intelligence and restore balance to your nervous system.

Private Yoga Sessions
One-on-one yoga sessions are fully personalized to meet your physical, emotional, and energetic needs. Sessions may include:
  • Mindful movement and functional mobility
  • Breathwork (Pranayama) for stress relief
  • Restorative postures to calm the body
  • Guided mindfulness and meditation practices

Small Group Therapeutic Yoga
Join a nurturing small group environment where community, mindfulness, and movement meet.
  • Fridays at 9:30 AM
  • Space is limited to ensure individual attention
  • Gentle, Therapeutic focus, trauma-informed, and accessible for all levels
