Hi, I’m Andra — massage therapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and holistic wellness coach. I help people ease physical pain, release stress, and reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic touch, movement, mindfulness, and coaching. My approach weaves together compassion, education, and embodied awareness to help you feel grounded, free, and fully alive.
